Understanding Windows 7 God mode

This is not a traditional embedded post, but very interesting for anyone running Windows 7. CNN reports the God mode story that by creating a new folder with a certain string of characters you have all, yes all, the system controls in one place. Fantastic! And it works well.
The name for the new folder is GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
